I Love You Dad

While Dad was polishing his new car, his 4 yr old son picked stone & scratched lines on the side of the car. In his anger, Dad took the child’s hand & hit it many times, not realizing he was using a wrench. At the hospital, his child said "Dad when will my fingers grow back?" Dad was so hurt. He went back to car and kicked it a lot of times. Sitting back he looked at the scratches, child wrote "I LOVE YOU DAD" Anger and Love has no limits.

I call my Dad  Nanna ( in Telugu). He is now 52 yrs old. I love him, hate him.Yes the previous sentence is exactly correct and am very conscious of writing it. We have altercations very now and then. The reason I hated my dad during my juvenile age was that whenever I used to lie  him for some pocket money or for going out for movies or playing cricket in the name of combined studies he used to catch me and slammed me as and then  may be for 1000000K times till date. My friends call him CBI for the way he enquires  them and also me.May be he is because he cares for me a lot.He cares a lot and  very helpful for the needy. He never shows off his attitude.

From the childhood days ,I remember he has been doing one thing in two different ways that is he makes you cry for laughing to his jokes till death or the other way being too serious, angrily shout at everybody.  Being a son, inherited  his patience ,temper, anger, control, balance in life, treating the way life comes. He gives me a lot of courage and encouragement indirectly though he never talk of morals or direct speeches. O.K. to make it clear I must say that if you have read Rich Dad Poor Dad then my dad is a kind of Rich Dad who makes to learn things very practically. No theory. He makes me experience the worst and learn from that.

May be in another post I will jot down some  memorable moments with my dad.I love him and hate him . So is this reason , this post started  with  a quote about love and anger.
